Zastko credits his success to hard work, keeping on top of market conditions, and to the power of the Gloria Zastko, Realtors' team, its associates and administrative staff.
Zastko says, “There are signs that the market is beginning to normalize. When it comes to buying or selling, there are many factors one should consider. The top two are what’s happening with interest rates and inventory of homes. Moreover, if you are planning to enter the housing market, either as a buyer or a seller, one should demand a real estate agency with proven knowledge of the current market conditions and a consistent record of achievement.”
