I just wanted to thank you for your involvement in getting my old home in Hillsborough sold via a short sale. Although your initial recommendation was to work with a local realtor who specializes in foreclosure properties yielded us no results for several months, once you personally got involved with your short sale team approach, wow did things rapidly change.
