At the CJMLS 75th Anniversary celebration held at the Grand Marquis in Old Bridge, NJ on October 17, 2023, Andrew Zastko, Broker-Owner and Jayakrishna, “Jay” Maniyil, Realtor-Associate received the CJMLS President’s Award. This prestigious award is given to the top four agents for the greatest number sold listings from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023.
