Some good news on the foreclosure front.  It seems that the rate of foreclosure delinquencies is on the decline.  Part of the reason this is significant is because these properties tend to drag property values down.  As painful as it is, we need these properties to work through the process in order to have a recovery in our local markets in Central Jersey.  The fact that there are fewer delinquencies is a hopeful sign of better things to come.
